After a gentle warm up, this is a practice of salutations and standing postures taken at a slower pace for a more embodied feel.

Flow practice to relax and yet strengthen.

Yin Yoga
A slow practice to release tension in fascia and the deep binding of the ligaments and tendons. The postures are held for longer, creating a strong but relaxing practice.

Where poses are held so the technical aspect of the asana can be observed and experienced.
